The BCSCA is once again proud to partner with easyREG.ca, a British Columbia tech company that specializes in conference websites and online registration systems.

Features of the online registration system include:

delegates to revise their own registration information
instant confirmation of successful registration
user friendly delegate receipts available after credit card approval via email

2022 Registration Fees

BCTF Members (no tax, 1 year membership included)	$100.00
Non-BCTF Members (no tax)	$125.00

Registration fee includes all Friday workshop sessions, four-month access to recorded workshops, and a BCSCA membership.

Pre-Conference Activities

Workshop (BCTF and non-BCTF) includes social event (no tax)	$40.00
Social event only	$10.00 per person

Fees Refund Policy

Refunds of $90 (BCTF) & $100 (non BCTF) are available up to and including October 7, 2022. No refunds from October 8, 2022 onward.

BCSCA is NOT responsible for problems beyond our control such as pandemics, denial of Pro-d Funds requests, technical difficulties or other unforeseen circumstances. No refunds will be given in these situations. The final decision on refunds rests with the BCSCA Conference Planning Committee.
