The BCSCA is once again proud to partner with easyREG.ca, a British Columbia tech company that specializes in conference websites and online registration systems.

Features of the online registration system include:

  • delegates to revise their own registration information
  • instant confirmation of successful registration
  • user friendly delegate receipts available after credit card approval via email

Registration fee includes all workshop sessions, networking breaks, as well Friday continental breakfast and hot lunch, access to special events and a BCSCA membership.

Name badges will be held at the Registration Desk main conference area foyer on the main floor and will not be mailed in advance.

Fees Refund Policy

All cancellations and requests for refunds MUST be submitted in writing by the appropriate dates. Telephone requests for refunds WILL NOT be honored.

50% refund

After October 15, 2018
Refunds will be given only at the discretion of the conference committee

Refund requests will be processed within 30 days following the conference.

BCSCA is NOT responsible for problems beyond our control such as weather conditions, denial of Pro-d Funds requests. No refunds will be given in these situations. The final decision on refunds rests with the BCSCA Conference Planning Committee.
